Privacy Policy
How we handle your information.

Who we are
Trellis Funnels is a small service business based in Buffalo, New York. We design and operate interactive booking funnels for local service businesses across the United States. When this policy says “we,” “our,” or “Trellis,” it means Trellis Funnels.
What we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Audit booking: when you book a free audit on cal.com/trellisfunnels/funnel-audit, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and any answers you provide on the booking form.
- Email correspondence: if you email us at reese@trellisfunnels.com, we store your message in our inbox so we can reply and follow up.
- Client intake: if you become a client, we collect business information needed to build your funnel, including brand assets, testimonials, photos, service offerings, and pricing.
We do not collect payment card data directly. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors that handle your card information under their own security and privacy practices.
How we use it
We use the information we collect only to:
- Schedule and run your free audit call.
- Reply to email inquiries and answer questions.
- Build, deliver, and maintain client funnels.
- Send invoices and process payments.
- Send occasional follow-ups about pilot progress, renewals, or new offerings.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We use a small set of vendors to operate the business. Each receives only the information needed to perform its specific function:
- Cal.com— audit booking and calendar.
- Vercel— website and funnel hosting.
- Resend— transactional email delivery.
- Google Workspace— business email and documents.
- HighLevel (when enabled for a client): CRM, follow-up automation, and lead capture for client funnels.
Cookies and analytics
The Trellis Funnels marketing site does not currently set tracking cookies or run third-party analytics. Funnels we build for clients may use first-party cookies to remember a visitor's progress through a quiz or calculator. Those cookies are governed by the client's own privacy policy on the funnel's domain.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email reese@trellisfunnels.com with the request and we will respond within 30 days.
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, and other states with consumer privacy laws have additional rights under those laws, including the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so this opt-out is automatic.
Retention
Audit booking data is retained for 12 months unless you become a client. Client business information is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months for tax and warranty purposes, after which it is deleted on request or routine purge.
Children
Trellis Funnels is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, email reese@trellisfunnels.com and we will delete it.
Changes
When we update this policy, we change the “Last updated” date at the top and post the new version at trellisfunnels.com/privacy. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be communicated by email.
