Who this applies to

These terms govern any engagement with Trellis Funnels, including the free audit, the monthly Booking Funnel engagement, and any optional expansion builds (full site rebuilds or additional funnels). When this document says “you,” it means the business or person engaging Trellis. When it says “we,” it means Trellis Funnels.

Free audit

The free audit is a 10-15 minute Zoom call where we screen-share your current site, point out the top 3 things costing you bookings, and provide a written summary plus a ballpark quote. The audit creates no obligation on either side. The summary is yours to use or share as you wish.

The Booking Funnel engagement

The Booking Funnel is a $450/mo engagement that includes a single treatment-specific funnel, missed-lead capture, booking calendar integration, a notification and follow-up flow, hosting, CRM, monitoring, and a monthly lead summary. The build is included in the monthly rate; there is no separate setup fee.

There is a 3-month minimum, since the first months cover the build. After the minimum, billing is month-to-month and you may cancel with 30 days written notice.

Founding 5 in Buffalo: the $450/mo rate is locked for the first five Buffalo-area practices who engage with us. After those slots are filled, the standard rate is $600/mo, without affecting earlier engagements.

Billing begins at kickoff. Build begins after we receive your completed intake form and the first payment clears.

Optional upgrade

Active monthly optimization (conversion experiments, performance reporting, and follow-up tuning) is available as an optional upgrade above the base monthly rate, once your funnel is live and proven. It is not required and can be added or removed at any time with 30 days notice.

Expansion builds

Full website rebuilds and additional funnels are net-new builds with their own setup fees and monthly rates. Each requires a 50% deposit at kickoff and the remaining 50% on delivery. Expansion builds are quoted on your audit call and scoped in a separate written agreement that supersedes the corresponding sections of these terms.

Delivery and revisions

Booking funnels are delivered within 7-10 business days of receiving your completed intake form, deposit, and brand assets. Delivery is a Loom video walkthrough of the live funnel, plus a written revision form. We apply revisions submitted through the form within 48 hours.

If we miss the 10-business-day delivery window for reasons within our control, we continue working at no additional build cost until the funnel is launch-ready. Delays caused by waiting on intake-form responses, brand assets, copy approvals, or third- party integrations are not subject to this commitment.

Refunds

The 3-month minimum is a committed term that covers the build. Once build has started, fees already paid are non-refundable. If we cannot deliver a working funnel for reasons within our control, we refund the unfinished portion of the engagement. After the minimum term, you simply stop billing on 30 days notice.

Ownership

You own the rendered funnel: copy, design assets, brand elements, lead data, and the live URL. Lead data captured by your funnel belongs to you. We retain no rights to contact your leads.

We retain ownership of underlying templates, mechanics, scoring patterns, and infrastructure code that we re-use across clients. Your funnel is custom-built, but the underlying patterns are ours and may appear in other clients' funnels in different industries.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information, customer data, and pricing as confidential. We will not share specific revenue numbers, client lists, or sensitive operational details with third parties without your written permission. Aggregate or anonymized data may be referenced in marketing (for example, “our med spa clients average X consults per month”).

Liability

Trellis Funnels' total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. Funnels are marketing tools; we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue outcomes.

Compliance

You are responsible for the legal compliance of your business, including any regulatory rules that apply to your industry (medical, legal, financial, etc.). We build the funnel; you confirm that your offer, claims, and compliance posture are lawful in your jurisdiction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version at trellisfunnels.com/terms and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
